When a person,upon hiring, is promised a full time job one would asume that it means 40 hours a week. One would also assume that when entering a slow season a work a persons managment would not hire 2 new people to compete for a limited number of hours. Also a person would assume that even when hours were scarce senority would count for something and I WOULD NOT BE CUT DOWN TO 28 HOURS A WEEK!!
