The stupidest statement yet on the Virginia Tech shootings:
A Korean in the US on a student visa was the shooter. Korea has universal military training, which may account for the death toll.
Which might make sense if Koreans enter the military at, say, the age of six. The shooter at VT was identified as 23-year-old senior Cho Seung-hui, who
immigrated to the United States in 1992 . . . when he was eight years old.
Interesting, as of 10:17 this morning, none of the stories use the word “immigrant” to describe him.
Cho was a permanent legal resident and had lived here 15 years. At what point does his origin as an immigrant cease to matter?
I know, I know, I can't expect anything different from the anti-immigration hysterics at Vdare.com.
