It makes everything feel 1980s-ish and for some reason, I think of the holiday season in New York City, which has always kind of been a dream for me. /is slightly lame. But hey, the only snow we get here is halfway up Mount Lemmon so I'm allowed to be a lame-o.
Also, as of late, I've been flipping through memes (aka wasting time), and all I have to say is that I'm really flattered to see my name occassionally. It really makes me want to just churn out those requests over winter break, haha. I got namedropped for my Homin the other day. To be quite honest, I was kind of shocked since I'm not really big in that pairing!world and I've written only two stories for them so you bet I danced around the room like an idiot.
Another thing that kind of made my day was when somebody asked if I had a fanclub lololololol. You guys are so sweet, thank you so much.
