The hooker is what happens when House follows Wilson's advice.
And here I thought Wilson was the good influence. Bad Jimmy.
The whole "I'm pissed off about you making yourself miserable" thing is part of the angst...we just haven't quite gotten to the good parts yet. (Although yeah, I wanted more Wilson angst...but the House love :D that was awesome..."Do you need a pillow?" That whole thing with the ducklings looking after him was so cute.)
Wilson being a bastard like that is pretty new, too (talking loudly, throwing the spoons around, etc. to purposefully aggravate House's migraine). So, that's Wilson kicked out of his house, having marital troubles, going through the stress of Stacy, being upset, being worried, and now being angry and frustrated. And possibly getting his hopes up and then dashed when he thought maybe House could get something like a relationship with Stacy to make him happier. Possibly jealousy there too, that House had someone who loved him and that he loved and didn't take it, when Wilson doesn't have that mystery person that he loves (or maybe he's meeting her/him on the side already and we just don't know, but in any case I doubt he's happy with whatever arrangement he's got right now, what with Julie and the secrecy that would need be involved).
I sense...emotional breakdown :D Er :(
