When the weather is hot, I sweat, my eczema flares up and I scratch. When the weather is cold, it becomes very dry, my eczema flares up and I scratch.
When the weather is hot, the temperature change from indoors to outdoors is very great, my nose cannot take it and my sinus acts up. When the weather is cold, the temperate is always low, my nose cannot take it and my sinus acts up.
When I swim it's good for my asthma and knees but bad for my sinus and eczema (chlorine is very corrosive). When I work out in the gym, it's good for my asthma and eczema but bad for my sinus and knees. When I run outside, it's good for my asthma and sinus but bad for my knees and eczema.
This is the reason why after 20 years I just heck it and do whatever I please and deal with the consequences later. Alternatively I feed off antihistamines like my lifeline.
Honestly you tell me what to do?
