There are two voices, both quietly snickering. One is from Allen and the other from Lavi, and the camera quickly focuses on someone completely different: Kanda, eyes closed and seemingly asleep on the bed. The laughter goes up a few notes when a gloved hand appears, drawing a curly mustache on the unconscious Kanda's face. Actually, Kanda's face is full of doodles, from the flower on his cheek to the eyes on his eye-lids. It's quite funny, at least to Lavi and Allen. Allen explains in smug, very smug, whispers.]
