The tranny at the office
This Christmas mass was the first one in a long while, and it was nice, with all the red candles on the sidewalk. We just need some snow. The Sanchez house was amazing; I've never had such a Christmassy Christmas. Semicolons are hermaphrodites. Thanks for the cat butt candy and the chicken helmet.
So I had the Toby Stock call last week. I stuttered a little and my phone was echoing, but hey, who's keeping track?Here's to hoping that he calls me again and I get to make Legally Blonde jokes on site. It's a little bizarre how this time of the year is supposed to be the big payoff for all this work, and yet I feel relief more than anything.
Resolutions for the Big '08
1)Not slack off in law school After all the application fuss and the accompanying neuroticism, it just wouldn’t make sense to plateau out now.
2)Be less socially awkward Mmhmm.
3)Continue with French Not sure how I'll manage to squeeze that in, but we'll see.
4)Do capoeira without spraining my wrists every other week Otherwise, my capoeira name will change from Gato to Quebrado.
I hope Cat is okay. Since I felt bad about leaving her alone, I woke up at 6 am to play with her, feed her some milk, and wash out her water dish. She was probably weirded out.
