Writing, researching
Been keeping busy - researching for the Geelong music history, which at the moment mostly involves digging out old interviews and re-writing them. Although, I kind of think I'm wasting my time there - just keep the paper copies as is, and just write down the snippets and quotes I actually want.
I need to start interviewing people, too. I was setting up a time to talk to Mick Thomas, but I got kind of sidetracked by the events of the past fortnight.
I wrote 1,000 words of a paean to the independent record shop last night.
But the next week or so, I think I'm going to be preoccupied with writing a course on "Acrobat for business", 'cos that's what's likely to actually make me some money in the immediate future.
Still, it feels good to be writing.
