walking and blood
I went walking today which felt really good to get outside. But yesterday I feel guilty for not running. That's two days in a row now. I gave blood yesterday and got a free car wash. I figure that was an awesome trade. I just felt so woozy last night. Also, the guy who took my blood doesn't give blood. I thought that was bad. It should be a requirement for the red cross for employees. Unless you can't. Hmmmm, makes me wonder if he can't . . . scary.
