Opshops I know of (and you probably do too) around Hobart are:

In the mall.
Retro shop in Bathurst St (I think), just up from the climbing edge.
Two retro shops on Elizabeth St, one next to Tommy Gun (not the cheapest, but nice stuff) and one next to the other second hand music shop which I can't remember the name right now. That place is exy, but often has cheap baskets and racks out the front.
The Red Cross opshop is cheap. It's at Red Cross HQ in Hobart.
Two opshops on Argyle St.
One in North Hobart strip near a florist (I think it's a florist. Gee, I don't pay much attention to the world around me).
There's the City Mission shop on Goulburn St, or at least it was there a while ago. That place used to be cheap.
Sally's (or whatever it's now called) on New Town Rd is big. The Salvo one. There's a Vinnies near the New Town Woolly's as well.
There's a second hand shop on Collins St, up the stairs near the flight centre. I haven't been in there in a very long time, so I'm not sure what it's like now.
There's also the tipshop type one on Elizabeth St where the uncle sam shop used to be. That can have some good things.
There's a vinnies in South Hobart on Cascade Rd on the way to the Gardens.

Urr, that's all I think of right now, and I reckon you probably know about those anyway.
