Resident Evil 2
Well, yesterday turned out okay. Chris came to pick me up to go to Kyo and Michi's and we picked up some sandwiches at Togo's for lunch. I saw Nick Collins there with his girlfriend. Both are people I knew from high school. Good to see old high school classmates. =)
After that we just mainly chilled at Kyo and Michi's until Alana came. Both Kyo and Chris exchanged in showing each other's new discoveries of amusement. I played FZero for a bit with Chris and I finally beat him on the first game! Weee! I rock!
After that, I mainly watch the two guys play their games until Michi came home and we all watched the Justice League. Alana finally came and she showed Chris and I the ending to Fatal Frame 2, while Kyo and Michi decide whether or not they were going to go to the movie with us. The ending to Fatal Frame was kind of depressing. It was one of those endings where you can never win no matter what the outcome. Doh.... >.<; Poor Alana, she's been playing that game forever just trying to get to the ending. She deserves some kind of a happy reward minus beating the game. ^^;a
Well afterwards, Kyo and Michi finally decided they couldn't go. So Chris, Alana and I high tailed it out of the place to get to the theatre since Alana didn't buy her ticket yet. A friend of Alana's was there and saved our places. We got there just in time; they were letting people in to see the movie.
Throughout the movie, I did the usual thing. I closed my eyes on scary scenes and squeezed the life out of Chris's hand. He was holding my hand the entire time, saying "I'm here don't worry", and kissing it every once in a while to comfort me. *Sigh* Such a sweetheart...I love my Chris-y. =3 Overall, the movie wasn't that bad...sort of...kind of...OKAY! I'M A WUSS! ;o; The plot was okay, and there were some funny scene's in it. XD I won't say which though; I don't want to ruin it for the rest of you that haven't seen it. =P
Well when the movie was over, the 3 of us went to Carrows for a quick dinner, then we head back to Kyo and Michi's and watched some more Justice League. We got home like around 1 A.M. (well...I got home. ^^;a Chris got home probably like around 2.) Chris gave me his shirt to cuddle to sleep since he couldn't be there for me throughout the night to comfort me from my fears. *Sigh* I'm such a baby. ._.;
After getting ready for bed, I asked my mom if I could sleep with her for tonight because I was scared. ._.; She let me, but she started complaining someone smelled like garlic and couldn't sleep. >_>; Great nice to know I stink from the food I ate. Well, my dad couldn't notice neither my brother. It was just my mom being a whiny brat. Everyone just kind of rolled their eyes. Then she started lecturing me the entire night about how eating garlic is a sin and it attracts the undead. I kept thinking, "Oh great, thanks mom, I just finish watching a scary movie and you just had to tell me something like this. I'm soooooo going to sleep well tonight." >_>; So I basically had to keep cuddling the shirt that Chris gave me and to keep reminding myself that he would protect me no matter what. My mom then moved on to how eating garlic and onion like stuff lowers your soul and stuff. (She's Buddhist, by the way.) She then talked about how eating meat is a sin and how eating seafood isn't. She said that fishes and the like don't really have much of a soul in them and can't think very well. You only get 1/4 of a point of a sin for eating them, while for land and large creatures you get 1 point. It's because the larger's creatures' pain from being killed will be absorbed in the meat and they will haunt you for the rest of your life....
Okay, I'm buddhist but not heavily like my mom...but...that's the hugest load of bullshit I have ever heard. What the fuck, dude. Since when did going to heaven was based on a point scale? And what's up with this 1/4 point and 1 point shit?! When you sin, you sin. There's no 1 point, half a point bull crap. >_>; Argh! And this lecture kept going on for hours until my dad finally came out of his room and yelled at my mom to shut the fuck up. XD You're cool, Dad! X3
