first day
Today was my first day back at school(actual classes). I only had three, so it wasn't so bad, though. Solid block from 10:00-2:00. Here's what i thought of my classes so far.
Logic:Boring as hell and with a quiet, nerdy, nervous teacher who tells bad jokes to try and be more likeable--of course just making things worse. As the class goes on it may become more interesting. One can hope.
Sociology:I really, really wanted to like this teacher, but...i don't. he annoys me. a lot. i disagree with him on everything except polotics, where we actually have fairly similar views. On every other subject mentioned today, i find him pretentious, close-minded, and full of shit.
Humanities:Boring mainly because it is my last class today and after two hours of boring and annoying teachers, i didn't really want to be there. otherwise the class seems fine.
Tomorrow i have my favorite professor. it is an hour and a half long class, but hopefully will still be cool because this professor is always cool. my boyfriend had his class today, the professor actually remembered us and talked to us--he even knew doug was headed to his class. that was pretty cool, considering we haven't had class with him for awhile. then again, doug talks to everyone, so maybe they actually have been in touch since our class. and doug was here for the summer even...wonder if the professor was teaching then.
Still haven't eaten at the school's cafeteria. Didn't wake up early enough for breakfast, and the lunch hour is right in the middle of all my classes for the day. i wonder if i'll ever getting around to eating there. i average right now about 1-2 meals a day. my mom would kill me. especially considering it is closer to 1 and maybe a snack.
Oh, and i never talked about my summer since i didn't really have internet, so i'll share the highlights now: My best friend(who i have a massive crush on) was going to move in with me next year, but her mom said no and so she ran away to california to meet a guy she met online on final fantasy xi. We were all really worried and i was panicked and depressed all the time, especially when we didn't hear from her for awhile. then she called finally, so i knew she was ok. then she moved back home. then i kissed her(amazing. she is sooooooooooooo wonderful.) or rather she kissed me. then i had to come back to the college. i had issues at work all summer long, then we took care of them, and then i went on vacation and then i came back and worked for a week and a half and then work was over. *cheers* funzies.
...wow...my whole summer in a paragragh...sad...i have no life.
