The Autumn Family Legacy has a New Look!
Just thought I'd make a quickie post about the journal's new look! Anyone who's savvy enough to know all the journal layouts (*cough* no one *cough*) will probably know that my old journal layout was called 'Woodcut Winter'. Well, today I decided to change my Look, for three reasons:
-It's a new flipping year! Let's all turn a fresh page and change our journal styles!
-The epicentre of my ulta-modern, uber cool sims 3 legacy looked like a page for medieval recipes
-And that sissy colour of blue was getting on my nerves*
So I decided to try something completely and utterly different. So radically different I'd have to make a post like this to remind my 5 *ahem* 2 readers that yes, the journal is still for the Autumn family, and yes, it's still the same person behind the keyboard.
Then I had a look at the 'Looks' page (had a look at the looks page? I need a thesaurus) and I found my current style, 'Winter Woodcut'. Then, to the right, 'Spring Woodcut', 'Summer Woodcut' and, you guessed it, 'Autumn Woodcut'.
Let's say that in between fevered exclamations of 'Ohmigawsh, ohmigawsh, there's a style with the same name as my sims family, ohmigawsh', I clicked on the Apply button. (yes, yes, alright. I'm well aware that there are about 50+ styles here on LJ that have Autumn in the title. It's new year's eve, which means everything is 20 times more exciting.)
In a nutshell, I'm here to say:
