Young Samura Warriors (All Pretty Boys *sighs*)
I hope someone writes an original story or a fanfic AU inspired by this. Change the setting, worldbuild, whatever, but it would be awesome to read something similar with a BL or m/m romance twist in it where the main character falls in love with leader of the group of samurai/soldiers/whatever you come up with who came to their rescue during the war. Oh well...

In 1864 young men enrolled in the domain school Nisshinkan were learning the knowledge of being a warrior along with their sworn friends. Later, they would shoulder the burden of fate as the Byakkotai during the upheaval of the Bakumatsu.
Meanwhile, an encounter came with the Shinsengumi who were called the “Wolves of Mibu".
For the young men who were inexperienced with fighting the lingering backs of those men had left a strong impression in their young eyes.
The young men who admired the wolf made a steadfast vow in their hearts to protect Aizu at the risk of their lives.
