(no subject)
It's been a while since i gave anyone an idea of what I've been up to. I'm still working at the day care on campus but now I'm a summer camp counselor. Actually, I'm running the school age summer camp practically solo. So far the kids seem to be having fun and don't hate me even though I can be strict.
Things around the apartment have been going pretty well. We've had to work through a few kinks but nothing has been major, so far...
Drew & I are great. I actually just got back from the beach with him and his family. I ended up spending a lot of time with his siblings but that is because he's boring and I'm not. I still haven't unpacked.
To shock & amaze everyone--- I went golfing. Real golfing. And I didn't do that bad especially since my golfing experience (outside of mini golf of course) includes only 2 trips to a driving range... a year ago. I tied Amanda's boyfriend Chris and lost to Drew by 4 strokes. Not bad at all!
My puppy Tucker is getting big & is super cute. He gets fixed on Friday lol.
Also on Friday the whole damn family is going to see the Red Barons. It should be a good time. I also have my cousin Ashly to entertain all weekend....
Peer advocate training is this Thursday & Friday... I actually want school to start back up because I'm too bored with this working full time thing. lol.
I'm getting a new phone tomorrow, changing to cingular and getting a new number so let me know if you want it!
