vicky - bisque (creamy tomato soup thing with shrimp)
me - caesar salad (pretty good)
main entrees
vicky - NY gorgonzola (steak with blue cheese on top)
me - NY strip (striploin im assuming - really good.. very tender)
desserts
vicky - white chocolate amaretto cheesecake
me - " " " " (gooood.. had a perfect lil portion size)
the steak was really good.. the restaurant was small and cozy.. but the kitchen was at the front, so it was weird walking in and seeing ppl preparing food. it made it feel like we walked in through a back door or something, but nope, it was the front. the guy who took care of us, i assumed to be the owner.. was nice at first but then got a little annoying when he kept saying that he didnt mean to offend us or anything.. he mentionned something about many older generation asians are lactose intolerant. that was an interesting conversation until he said something else and we didnt think anything of it at all but he just had to add in the "i dont mean to offend you in any way".
