Hello to all of you out there :-)
It's been awhile since I posted an update on myself ... LJ says 27 weeks .. .I believe it. I've been busy! Not really anything exciting enough to remember though. Still working at dial-a-mav, although I have two new supervisors working with me and I love them, they're great fun. School is trucking along, I have 3 more semesters (and a summer) to go, hopefully graduating in December of '08. You should all come, it'll be fun. I'll get to dress up and walk across a stage. WoopWoop ^^;
Lets see .... still doing pottery, I have a life drawing class that is my favorite. I love it. Maybe I'll take some pictures of my works and share with you all, that'd be fun. Like my own personal internet gallery showing. I just need to set up a place to take the pictures >.> don't want to have a tacky gallery showing.
Oh, I joined excel. Really, I just go to support Anne in her meetings. Speaking of Anne, we've read the most fabulous books ever, Twilight and New Moon by Stephenie Meyer. They're amazing, and her third book in the series comes out this summer *hates the wait*. May 5th is this event she's holding where everyone dresses up like it's prom and listen to her read the first chapter of the third book, then get autographs and generally have fun. But it's in Phoenix!!! >< So Anne and I are debating whether or not we should go. Not only is it in Phoenix, but it's the week before finals! :O So it'll cost somewhere around $300 just go get there, have a hotel and a rental car for the weekend. Would anyone like to contribute to the MeganandAnnegoingtoPhoenix fund? I'll sell my artwork, anything really. I have pretty pictures and bowls and cups! *sigh*
I'm also looking for a car. The one I had was junk and is mean to me, so now I have to get another. I have to have a car or else I can't get to the schools to student teach and that would mean I can't graduate. DumbDumbDumb Arlington needs a damned public transportation system. Rawr.
Josh and I are still doing well, still doing the long distance thing. It's been 2 1/2 years. Crazy how time flies. Oh, my 22nd birthday is coming up. You should all send me a card and some monies to put towards my potential Phoenix trip ... but you should be way ahead and send me gifts now ^^;;; *whispers*my birthday's not until after the Phoenix trip ^^;;;;
I hope that's enough of an update on me. How are yall doing? Not only have I not posted, but I haven't read LJ in 27 weeks *cough*
