Don't worry bout a thing
I am thankful for having found some great activities to pursue in my life.
From POA to Vagina Warriors to Young Democrats to PSU work. If I get a KKY bid I will be happy. I don't know if I will accept it, though I'm pretty sure that I will. But for once in my life I feel like it's not about just being a part of an organization, it's about doing something that matters. The Vagina Monologues have taught me that, they've taught me how amazing it can feel to do something that you truly believe matters and makes a difference. Whatever issues KKY may have, I know that there are some good people in it and some bad people but that the general intentions are good, even if the executions aren't always. Plus, I made a promise to myself that this semester I will keep myself too busy to think and I want to stick to that.
I will not be a person in college who half-assed it. I want to dive into everything and get my hands dirty and just go for it.
On a minor note [AHAHAHA LITERALLY..] I think that I might try for a music minor specializing in piano. So, I suck at piano right now, yes, but I can get better. I want to get better. I want to be amazing at it. I want to do great with it. I don't know what I'll do after college right now, but I'm going to follow my gut and just go for it.
So, we'll see what happens.
