Ah,see now that's a tough question since a)There are so many great old-school rappers I could hardly begin to pick,b) I haven't listened to much rap in years(okay,okay except for *Kpop and Nu-metal "rappers") and c)nowadays it's in the shitter ;__;
But! I have one I've been listening to lately who is both still alive and still good...I think :D

*Some Kpop rappers are actually decent,but you can't really call that real hip hop anyway and most are just shit.
