Baking your first cake is not a cake walk after all- however, I feel quite sure of the future results. I am baking a three tiered wedding cake for Angel and Claudia's wedding on Saturday- tomorrow I am putting together the test cake and having a few people over to test out the frosting etc. and make some suggestions. I thought of making many different types of cakes- but... I am just really not in the mood. White Cake. Buttercreamcheese frosting. Fruit layering. Candied rose petals.
