New year and so happy

Jan 09, 2012 22:58

Things seem to be going fine for now! Welcoming the new year in my hometown, the official thing happens in mid January. .............it's different in almost every state in my country. Nevertheless , I made a resolution, just one. I resolved to work harder at my studies , my Japanese , my drawing ,sketching and colouring, an most importantly -writing. Typing is difficult on the iPad . You can't place your fingers like on the keyboard . And you can't keep them hovering either....and then there is this enter and / thing. I am trying to type using just one hand now. It's a lot more easier. Not that I'd get much practice till I buy my own tablet. The short links for htmls and other tags is pretty covinient . I don't remember seeing them in desktop.........maybe I do.......never mind. I am still stuck on chapter three as far as elements goes . I get a dozen ideas at night.....when I am lying in the bed triying to go to sleep . Maybe I should list down vague drafts ....... hopefully I'll read this entry in the near future and write about them. 1. This one is about twins .....based on the yin and yang concept. A girl and a boy. About 14-15 years old. I think I named them Jill(or Jenny maybe) and John or something. Jill has powers of water and wind and John has powers of the fire and earth type. They were separated at birth and meet in high school(that was pretty obvious) . John is this rich brat , the popular guy. His Dad is a rich heir who would only come into his property once his mother ....well.....dies , she cannot write her property to him because of the conditions in John's agrandfather's will. Ever since the riots which separated him from his lover(The protagonists' mother;who is a middle class woman who lost her parents at a young age and has been supporting herself on her own ever since, and is unaware of the existence of her mother's sister ) , life seems pointless to him . He attends office only on his mother's whims and does pretty much everything she asks him too. He doesn't have an active personality or an active role till he meets their mother. He is also the sort who has spoilt John because he never refused him anything. His grandmother decides to put him in a public school after completing 8-9 years in a prep school. I haven't decided the country or the background in any aspect . Jill and her mom have been struggling for a few years and they transfer to the city because the government promises her scholarship in the concerned school. Their powers wreak havoc in school and they try their best to keep it a secret from everyone. Other than blowing up labs they also help avert a civil war ( i don't think of the details while planning but this is about as detailed as could make up at a moment) .i wanted them to dosoemthing big and then John gets al the credit for it because the rich youngster who is talented at a lot of things sems to be the better option and candidate for something so ......heroic...and brave..(`_´)ゞ.... They main storylie is about how Jill/Jenny copes up with the idea of 15 year old brother whose existence was unknown to her all this time and has to spend three years of high school in his class. I really wonder what their parent's reaction must have been when they saw each other after one and a half decade. Hm........their father leaves everything and decides to move in with the mother and ddaughter much to John's dismay. Both father and son find it hard to cope with a life where you often skip breakfast and have to take a public transport to school and office. Father , for the first time, gets a job and works hard at it. Then enter the evil Grandma!!! Well she is not exactly evil. She just wanted her son to choose someone from a similar background. She was the one who chose John out of the twins and told Father that his wife was dead, keeping Jill/Jenny's existence a secret. Well obviously she wanted a male heir for all her property and such. She isn't money minded or anything but also does not like socialising with people below their stature. It is supposed to be a happy ending......and Jenny's maternal grandmother's sister is aware of their powers......which were ........um.......they get this from their grandfather think...... Well this is all I have at the moment . 2. This one is ripoff from a movie I saw clippings of ages ago....and I can't remember its name. I think it's a trilogy or something.... Well I do remember looking up stories of a lot of sequels on Wikipedia . It's about ghosts entering our world through electricity .....although it's more like through the communication system. I don't remember whether it was the result of some experiment gone wrong or not (because that's what most american action and scifi movies are about). In the movie , it followed the story of a group of youngsters. In my fan fic , it's the same but they also find some kids later on. The protagonists are a young journalist/ reporter who has a female cameraman or camerawoman or whatever. They have been best friends since college( so yeah they must be around26-27 years old) . They are doing a cover story of a village whose entire population ( of about 7000) is wiped out or disappears in one day. They don't exactly have a permit to do coverage in the area but they manage to sneak in inspire of all the heavy security around the district as the government thinks it to be some kind of epidemic. I named the two Christopher and Kimberly .....I think..... Anyways, they have ghastly and otherworldly experiences in a few houses and problems with the camera which confirms presence of supernatural energies or ...creature ( according to Kim) . Chris dismisses her claims , because she makes them all the time in most of their trips, and wants to stay there longer and look into more houses and the Church. Before they go there Kim raises alarm and 'claims' to have seen a ghost of a woman. Ghost, because her skin was pale and blue ,as if she was frozen and yet it moved , but in an awkward manner. As they try to leave the town ,they are stopped by a group of military officials who are on a rescue mission. Chris tries to hit on the female commanding officer but without results( ya so this one isn't exactly for kids). They come back home and try to resume their lives , which Kim fails to do because her fiancé seems to be acting weird . He claims to have had a similar experience like Kim and is now scared of being left alone in any place. Now, the security forces around the region and the military group were obviously carrying communication equipment which helped the ghosts to reach the city( well obviously they came to the city through many....connections with this being one of the major....fissures as I would like to cal it . The story then shifts to a girl who has has just entered high school. The situation in that part of the city is much worse. It's been a week since the session began and the number of students attending class( and the number of teachers) has been decreasing day by day. On this particular day the principal disappears . And this girl....................Σ( ̄。 ̄ノ)ノ..........Andy.....or whatever is attacked by one of her classmates. These ghost travel through electromagnetic waves so I thought it's only obvious that they should not be able to pass through walls and doors. But they are ghosts right? So it only slows them down but does not stop them. She runs of out the school building and into the city only to find it deserted. She runs back home ( which quite tiring given she takes a bus to school) . She breaks into her house because no one answered the door. Her father was on a business trip but Mom was home, well she was supposed to be. One of her neighbors( who was apparantly safe till now) sees this and tries to stop her and help her but is attacked by one of these blue ghosts. Andy already has a slight idea about wha these things are ( thanks to Chris's broadcast , which is another story of how the two best friends try and show it to as many people as they can through the new station but are attacked there and barely escape). She tries to get her three year old sister Lily out of there, abandoning her mum who attacks them.she jumps from the first floor, out of the window, and makes for the city park. A few more escapes and they are found by Chris and Kim. Kim is shaken by her fiancé's death. Chris tells them of a refugee camp , the west of the country , which seems to be their only hope of survival. The rest of the story is about how they meet survivors and make for the refugee camp( which is again from the movie). They also manage to reach the same village , where they get an idea of how it all began. A young man tried to bring back his wife by combining ancient rituals and technology. This happened in different parts of the world and at one time, the fissure created was big enough to transport a large number of ghosts in our world. At one point, Kim is severly injured and forces Chris to leave her behind and take the two young girls to safety. And it is supposed to be a very emotional scene.Lilyhowever refuses to leave and so they stay there till Kim gets better. Although I haven't decided if I should kill her. The military unit has recurring appearances. So....they events basically lead to a apocalypse kind of a situation.......... Buti'lltry and make it a happy ending..... Well next time i'll try and write more reviews and head cannon or fan fix drafts or whatever you might call them.... Till then it's Taichi signing off! Ciao! \m/
