... My aunt is the strongest person I know.
I'm sure I couldn't go through what she has gone through and come out kicking.
Taking care of husbands father for three years as he slowly loses his sanity, and dies.
Taking care of her husband after it's realized he has the worst form of brain cancer- and dies.
Taking care of herself after SHE gets breast cancer.
I saw her radiation burns today.
It's absolutly horrifying to see that on her body- she's minus her breasts and its replaced with these... terrifying burns over half of her upper body. I've seen burns before... but this... on my aunt... my fucking gods. Blistered skin that goes deeper than what's seen- the pus and scabs and blood and peeling... my gods
And she's still kickin- and fighting fierce.
I love my aunt.
I want to hug her- but I can't... so I just boob smush her head and ruffle the little bit of hair that has grown back- and admire her for who she is.
One frickin' strong woman. ( who was going to kick my ass for the hair ruffle XD)
