I ran 4.14 miles in 30 minutes at the gym today. New personal best. Now I feel like I'm going to die. Combined with increasing the weight I'm squatting to 325 lbs yesterday and my leg extensions to 180 lbs today I am feeling quite strong right now. It also helped to re-focus myself and I am sure I'll be able to sleep tonight now.
