Our half of a split share from Harmony Valley Farm. Click through to photo page to read notes on what's what. Contents: Hon Tsai Tai, Pea Vine, Green Garlic, Broccoli, Asparagus, Red Radish, Rhubarb, Saute Greens, Salad Mix, and Burdock. New this week: broccoli, salad mix, and pea vines. The burdock root was a choice item, meaning that they brought a box of it to the drop-off point and people could take as much as they wanted. The salad mix was a mixture of salad greens and *edible flowers*. There were violets in there! Young pea vines taste like peas and work pretty well in salads when chopped into bite-sized pieces.
