Friday, 10/20/2006, no work!
* stumbled around in shock at having no work for a good while, which translates as sleeping in pretty late and then trying to catch up with a monstrous backlog of email.
* read Writers Digest--had an interesting article about the process of translating novels (Psst!! gunn! A large section of it is about Orhan Pamuk)
* penthius freewriting: Stowaway Critter - Science Fiction and the title says it all.
* stared at "Police Bot" and got a little bit of writing done on it
