Boy those flew by fast even as depressing as they where. I really can't stand being/needing to stay so immobile but there isn't much I can do with my dominant arm still broken. The original 5-6 weeks is looking to be more of a 8-10. We went in today to see how the arm was looking and decide upon surgery or not and the Dr said that its showing signs of callousing which starts before you can even see it on the xray, and since we could see some and have made it this far he said we should give it a few more weeks and see where it's heading. It's offset about 20 degrees but i guess up to 30 is perfectly acceptable it's just distal humeral fractures are very tough to heal in adults. I tightened up my brace just a little more today and I'm going to try and be as innactive as possible for myself over the next 2 weeks so hopefully we can see good progress on the next set of xrays. I'm dying to get back to work and after alot of thinking get back in the air. So yeah here it is at 5 weeks blahhhhhhh !!!! I hate worrying about it so much but it's gotta heal.
