Man, this day started out crappily, with the rain and bleakness and boredom. But it steadily rose as we went to see Turtles Can Fly, which was actually really depressing but didn't affect me that way, got gumbo at the cafe next door, and then went home and I had a nap. Now I can look forward to an evening of 24, and the bleakness has changed to coziness.
I bought flowers for my mom for Mother's Day.
I think I'm in the later stages of Senioritis, where my mindset has totally changed from revolving around academics to revolving around things that make me happy. It's nice, but I hope my grades during this period doesn't affect my abilities in college. I wanna do really well in college.
