Wow! I made the Danish Chicken Burger recipe I got from 30 minute meals with Rachael Ray! They seriously kicked ass! I loved them, and so did my bf!

I wish Catherine was done with the Peace Corps in Africa long before I have to come back to Omaha, she'll be back in the US when I'm back in Nebraska :(
