This is a really awesome story of how Nintendo executed OPTIMAL customer service. I think the story speaks for itself.

It did get me thinking, however... Why the heck does Nintendo has enough Wii to replace broken systems (well, besides the obvious lawsuit if they didn't), but not enough to put on the shelves so that I can give them two hundred and fifty of my American dollars? C'mon, Nintendo! I'm here for YOU! Two hundred and fifty bucks. C'mooooon. ;)
