Whoa Nelly... Prom was a freakin blast...
The day started off bright and early with David and I going to pick up our date's corsages....then having breakfast.... and shopping for last minute things..
After that... I had my mom drop me off the mall where I went and got my hair cut... and done...
It looked exactly the same when I do it... oh well... lol...
So the plan was to be at the limo pick up site by 4pm, and to be at the restaurant by 5pm....
That didn't work out as planned.
After picking up Abby and Sam, and taking all the pictures, we arrived at the site by 4:30ish. Everyone in our group met up, took pictures, hoped in the limo, and sped away to dinner.
The limo was amazing. It was a stretch Excursion. Oh my gosh, it was BOMB! LOL. We blasted music, enjoyed each other’s company... and what not. David and I would look at each other and give each other the "we did it" look. Month of stressful planning, and there we were... living it.
The bar was loaded with everything BUT alcohol. We all got our glasses, and I had to make a toast to the occasion.
We had dinner at Mastro's Ocean Club... very ritzy... I loved the ambiance. We had our own private room and everything. I ended up ordering the most expensive thing in the menu...
Fresh lobster tail... I refuse to say how much I spent that night... or on prom for that matter...
After dinner... we drove around Mill... The four highlights of the limo were me dancing to the music and shaking my ass out the window, me accidentally flirting with some skinhead in a pick up, the guy running up to our limo on mill and giving Abby a flower, and finally, blasting "Bitch Get In My Car" while driving past the moron temple... and getting disapproving looks.
Prom was exciting as well... I can't wait to get our pictures! I haven't danced that hard since the cruise dance in NYC.
So after the dance... we hung out in the parking lot, deciding what to do. We were invited to go kick back with George and Chris (his mom was supplying), or go to Albert's crazy hotel room party (everyone was supplying). Justin and his date weren't too fond of the whole drinking idea, neither was Abby, so that made David not too fond of it either, AND Samantha had to work the next day. I haven't had much to drink since back in the "Chris" days... As you can already imagine, I ended up not going anywhere to drink... my friends kind of made me realize the logic, plus, drinking on prom night is so cliché, no? We (David, Abby, Justin, his date Kelsie, Samantha, and myself) ended up making a stop to Quick Trip, and then to Abby's house. We decided to watch Titanic or something... and just bond... George and his entourage showed up as well... David and I went to my house to pick up some movies... when we got back, George and his entourage were gone. We all ended up laying around, falling asleep while Titanic played in the background. It was the cutest thing, Justin had his arm around his date... Now you gota understand, Justin is our class valedictorian. He is a pretty logical minded, emotionless, smart alec, asshole type of guy... we still love him though... It was just cute... you had to be there...
I guess David ended waking me up around 3... we all went home...
That’s pretty much it.
I woke up exactly 12 hours later.... David came by, we went to drop off our tux's...
I got my mom a flower arrangement for mother's day... I'm not going to say where I got that....
I've spent the entire day watching "I Love The 90's" with my aunt... I let my mom go out with some friends... I wasn't in the mood to go anywhere... I'm really sick... the cold has caught up to me....
I can't wait to get my pictures developed from prom... yay!
I'll upload them ASAP!
Speaking of pictures... I've had my NY pictures forever... It's just a matter of uploading them...
I'm getting ready to do a major update of EVERYTHING, so stay tuned...
I guess it's off to bed...
I really have to prepare for my next AP test... Government...
I feel better about this one...
Night...
