so I lied
ok, so I didn't update it the other day...but i meant well
In review; I am in tEXAs
I drove down with *my favorite*, traveled long and far.
We went to St. Louis, and the arch IS all it's cracked up to be. We played around under the arch, and took a handful of artsy pics. On the way down from MI, we passed a giant metal cross on the side of the highway.... Like a bajillion foot tall plastic jesus statue would've made more sense to me, because plastic is kinda funny.
"mmm you can find me in St. Lou-ay"
And we drove and drove and drove to Memphis, where upon arrival, proceded to get lost in the industrial slum southside, that was a bummer.
But we ate crab, that made up for it.
We stopped at some crazy gas stations, like boomtown. Gas stations have so much to offer in the South, like BEER and BarBEEE QEEEUUUUU
We stopped in Arkadelphia for the night
thats right, Arkadelphia
So the USA looks pretty similar the entire way down, until Texas, then there are palm trees and lizards.
PS: Texas is huge
Jum and I stayed at hotels that had a free happy hour, that made the trip easier :) not to mention hot tubs and tv (<3 <3 <3)
My apartment is nice, I am happy :)
