Thoughtful

I felt like writing the other day, you know, the traditional way with pen and paper. I have hidden my journal from Adam, so he wouldn't eat it. (He likes to eat anything that is paper.) Anyways. I have done such a good job at that...that's right, you guessed it, I hid it from myself. I can't find it. :: shakes head :: silly me. I got some looseleaf paper to write on instead. Very interesting, reminding me of college days. Very old school. Got me to thinking a little bit. I wonder who still writes with pen and paper in the age of the computer. It is so easy to just "journal" electronically.
With Adam getting older, and setting more of a little boy routine instead of a baby routine, he gets to bed around 9 now. It's nice, because I get a little time to myself before I crash. (Sometimes, every once in a while I just crash immediately.) I get to spend that time with my bible and quiet time, and then I spend a part of that writing in my journal or posting something somewhere.
I don't have a lot on my mind most of the time. I am either too preoccupied with chores or tasks that need to be completed or I am too exhausted to try to think about anything other than bed and sleep. That's okay, it's a good kind of preoccupation. It just doesn't leave a lot of room for thoughts to write down.
Who else still journals or keeps a diary of sorts? It would be interesting to take a poll and find out.
