"Life is nothing but a game. And we are the pawns.."
In truth, we are nothing. We are only but the creation of nothingness, but to us, nothingness is everything. Everything we perceive; our anger, our hate, our anguish. Our happiness, our joy, our excitement. All of that is nothing to the total equation, but it is everything to our being. Our being is derived from who and what is around us; such is life. How would our being be affected if a major part were taken away from our equation? Would it be anger, hate, or anguish? Happines, joy, or excitement?
"It's a long way to go, and I don't know if I will make it.."
Such is life; a constant equation, always balancing and unbalancing itself out. What may happen when the equation is balanced, we may never know. But what if an individual's "equation" we balanced? Would that person be content, or displeased?
The factor of a life equation is about that of the game of life. Life is nothing but a game, as we are the pawns. It is nothing more than a simple game of Chess, all but two beings fighting for control of the other. Such can be expressed in the equation x > y , but the reverse is also true.
Life is both an equation and a game.
"Mother, can you keep them in the dark for life, can you hide them from the waiting world.."
Is it possible to break free from the game, and unbalance the equation? Or will that, in turn, cause the equation to become balanced? Can we change the nothingness of which we came, and change everything for others? No. One such being may not, but as whole, the game may be lost for one player. But would that be the right choice?
"Not about to see your light, and if you want to find hell with me, I can show you what it's like.."
What if our nothingness is made of critical substances, that being light or darkness? Would that classify nothing as life?
The two players in the game of life, x and y, are both light and dark. We may be affected by either one, and the outcome affects our own equation, and if it is as game of dominoes, it may inturn affect the total equation. That major part would affect out entire being, and if it reverses, such as another being having the domino effect on us, it will turn out in a totally opposite way.
That major part of us would be lost, and a piece of the equation would never be the same.
