Over the past few weeks, I've realised that I am now part of a new TV viewing demographic targeted by advertisers - the exhausted late-night feeding parent. From about midnight onwards, TV programmes start advertising nappies and washing powder regularly. The other group of people who watch TV at this time are young men who play computer games. I'm getting familiar with the latest game releases, and have have seem the Wii advert far too many times. I am now part of a sub-culture of insomniacs, drunk people just back from the pub eating snacks, and parents of hungry babies.
