So, I caught a house geko at my grands house this week and I decided to keep it as a pet...and I realized last night that he may not be too cool with that as he bit my finger....It didn't hurt, he's only about the size of my pinky and he doesn't have teeth...but it hurt that he doesn't seem to be a big fan of mine. He may have used it as a last defense considering the fact that his tail fell off when I first picked him up, but I am trying to be a good pet owner and he doesn't seem to appreciate that. I can't tell if he's eating the crickets I bought for him, and I left the meal worms I got him back in Phoenix..though I think the crickets ate more of them than he did. I hope he's not on some sort of hunger strike in rebellion against being locked up. Anyway I'm hoping that he gets used to his new home and begins to look fat from feeding, as long as he doesn't die I'm happy...this is me knocking on wood. He is really cute though, I think, even though his tail is still growing back...I'll try to get a good picture to post.
