I have a question about washing cloth diapers. I've read that the dry pail is better than a wet pail because of bacteria issues. Does dry pail mean you just toss it into a bucket/pail/whatever and then do the load once you get so many?

Also, how do you contend with the baby poo? I know that when the baby is first born, their poo is pretty mucky, and doesn't just plop off into the toilet. Do you instead swish it around in the toilet (or get one of those sprayers) or what do you do specifically?

Our baby is due the beginning of Jan, so we're going to be in the market for diapers before then. I got the 3 dozen prefolds from here... if anyone else is going to want to sell some of the small size before Jan (especially if you'd gotten a few kinds to try out), let me know.
