Hi all!
I'm fairly new to the world of cloth pads, and am trying to slowly build up a stash. I've noticed that some makers use PUL or other water resistant backing and others don't. I'm a little hesitant to buy pads without this backing mostly because I'm not sure how I wouldn't just end up leaking through them (these will mostly be backup to my cup, but as a teacher long stretches without hope of a bathroom break are the norm so relying on the backup for a while is a possibility and my flow is HEAVY). Is leaking through non resistant backing at all normal? Thoughts/directions on what to look for in regards to backing from seasoned users or makers?
