I'm trying to switch to only reusable menstrual products after years of flirting with the idea. At the moment my stash consists of 8 regular flow pads by Eco Alternatives and 3 Imse Vimse pantyliners, with a sample bundle from Mimi's Dreams coming soon.
My Eco Alternatives pads work well for cup backup on days 1, 3, and 4, but they cannot be trusted for day 2, or overnight. It's not that they aren't absorbent enough, but that they are so tiny, not nearly long enough to prevent my flow from running down to my butt. :(
So I need something a bit more... intense, for when my flow is really heavy. There are SO many sellers out there I don't want to just guess at random where to start. You guys all seem to have an encyclopedia of makers in your heads, so does anyone know where I should go for pads that are:
- 11 inches long or more
- Winged
- Preferably have topstitching to prevent weird bunching
- Preferably have cute fabrics (and hopefully not just prints with animals on them - it freaks me out to bleed on something that's looking at me)
