Cleaning cloth pads/panty liners after UTI
I had a UTI during my last cycle. I usually hand wash my pads/liners in hot water, rinse in cold water, and air dry. Is there anything special I should do when washing them this time to make sure there is no bacteria left? I also used both of my menstrual cups while on my period. I was on vacation so I put them back in their pouches when my cycle was over. Do I need to wash them in hot water? I'm worried they will shrink... (lady cup and fleur cup pouches)
