Very Funny God!
Ok, so God and I have had a few words the last few weeks about men, work, and stuff like that. So lets run down how God has been playing around with me shall we? Let's see.... Work. All I can say is thank God for ST who even though she left the building has been a rock fo rme helping me weather the storm with IT (Incompotent Teacher). So a week ago Friday I had a moment when I said Silence when I had asked for a moment of silence to calm the kiddies down. So IT decides that's the perfect time to talk to the kids about why we're having silence. He then sends the kids outside, and tells me I can't do that. I'm like you're right I'm sorry. All is resolved so I think. Later that day, we're doing oragami craft which the kids find too hard despite me going around to each and checking to make sure the folds are right. So IT is sitting behind the desk during all of this trying to do it himself and finally has everyone but C making paper airplanes and flying them outside. I'm like pissed, but I sit there finish the craft and when it's three, I put my coat on, grab my things and go so that Ican make my appointment at 4:00. So I've also told our principal about this except I say hey, i made a mistake and I apologiezed to the kids and IT. So flash forward to today. Apparnetly IT told cottage that we'd had a verbal altercation. Hmmmm... let's see that involved saying they're supposed to be doing point sheet check but they're lined up for break so it's ok. and me saying I have stuff I need to do so since they're two of you already (cottage staff was there) I'm gonna take a break and get the stuff done. So this was at 10:00 at 10:40 he cmes in without the kids and say sto me ok you win. He calls our principal and says he needs a transfer. I'm like don't leave that's bad. So he agrees to stay for the day, gets the kids and sends me for water this is after he says he'll follow my lead and I'm saying I'll follow yours. I go to get water, and have a message from principal so I call her back and she sends me home. To to cut this story short, she's basically said that I can't come to work the rest of the week and can sub, take sick leave, or personal days. I"m taking sick leave. Eff it! So I talk to her later in the day and she says If he stays it means one thing for you and if he goes it means another. I'm like eff that. So I call ST and she like the ST she is goes to bat for me and proves once agian why she is the most wonderful ST and friend to have. All this on top of the friends speech two weeks ago. God, We are NOT amused!
