(no subject)
i should have done this a few days ago but i was busy so i will update now. On sunday, Nancy and I went to Long Island for the 4th of July. We left TR around 5:50 on sunday and so we could go to my family barbecue. we made it just in time to eat a lil bit and go down to the beach to watch the fireworks that my uncle john and other people were setting off. since were on the north shore of LI you can see connecticut very well, so we also were watching the firworks all along there coast too. then on monday, me and nance went to the beach from 11-2:30 or so. we then headed off to the riverhead outlets to do a lil shopping. nance got a few shirts and capri's and i bought the both of us hurley flip-flops. after that i decided i wanted to take nance to see the REAL ocean and we went to the south shore. apparently where we went was right near the TWA Flight 800 disaster. there was a memorial and it made me sad to think back upon it. after that we walked around for a lil and then went back to rocky point to light off some firworks with my uncle. on monday, we left around 11 and got back a lil b4 3 because of traffic. anyway, that was our weekend on Long Island. by the way, my journal look awesome! nance made it for me and i love it! alright, i need to take a shower and get ready to go to my friend jess's graduation party, lata
