Please take note that with effect from 25th November 2008, all transaction grace will change from 72 hours to 48 hours instead.
The initial 72 hours was intended to allow grace for interbank transfers as they tend to take a few working days to process. However, due to the increased number of deadbuyers as well as the system being abused, we have decided that 48 hours grace for all transactions would be more reasonable as it allows more efficient processing.
However, should you face any problems with making payment within 48 hours, we would of course be allowing some exceptions on a case-by-case basis (:
