shared some coffee ice cream w/ clos with choc cake

exercise: none, thanks to my bum foot. :(
goals:
To go from 150 to 135 (15 lbs to lose) [at first]
run half marathon
run 20 miles/week
to be a size 4
to realize that even if i can't run 5 miles every day, that doesn't mean only running 3 miles is a waste. I need to re-train myself to remember that every bit counts. For some reason i have this idea that running 3 miles is pointless, if i can't run 5. This is not true. I need to make myself believe that even running 3 miles is something, at the very least.
