Texas born but thats not good enough for CO
I am trying to get a Colorado drivers license its proving to be very difficult. It seems that if your an american citizen but born in Texas it takes an act of congress to get an I.D. here in Colorado. The thing that made me angrier however was the receptionist tellin me if I had a marriage license that be an acceptable form of Identification to get a Drivers License, So I guess I need to wait till gay marriage is legal in Colorado untill I can get my license. I'll probably be waiting a long time...... I have lived here for 2 years now but I just figured since my Texas one was still good why bother. Well I bought a new car here so I need to get Colorado license, insurance and all that comes with it, but I'm beginning to think its not worth the hassle.
