Terms & Conditions

Basic Rules:
- No requesting of extra pictures.
- Item(s) sold are non-exchangeable/non-refundable.
- Swaps possible only if we like your items.
- Please do not steal our images w/o permission.
- Only tag if you are really keen on buying. Otherwise you will be banned forever!

How to order:
- Comment under each entry and leave your name & email address.
- We'll get back to you via email within 48hrs.

Pricing:
- All prices are non-negotiable.
- Exludes postage unless otherwise stated.

Payment:
- Fund transfer by POSB.
- IBanking.
- Payment is to be made within 24hours upon confirmation.

Postage:
- Postage is FOC unless mentioned.
- $1.50* for each item
  * additional fee for combined postage.
- We do not provide registered postage service due to our hectic schedule.

Date of Posting:
- Monday, Wednesday & Sunday only.
- Latest within 2 days upon receipt of payment.

Mailing:

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

Your purchase will take approximately 2-3 working days to arrive from the day of payment.

It's been more than 3 working days, and my parcel has yet to arrive! What should I do?

Fret not, the first step is to drop ClosetDesign an email at closetdesign@hotmail.com . Let us know of the problem, date of purchase and items purchased. We will get back to you as quickly as we can!

For normal mail, the only thing we can do is to keep our fingers and toes crossed and hope that your parcel arrives soon because there is no way for us to track down the item. The only information we can provide is the date your parcel was mailed.

Thus only buy if you have trust in us. In the case of unregistered mail we are not held responsible for the lost of items.

Reservations:
I see something I really, really like but unfortunately I don't have enough money to buy it now. Can a reservation be done?

Unfortunately no! Due to overwhelming response, it is not possible for us to put an item on hold for you as there are many who are just as keen to purchase.

Returns & Exchanges:
My package has just arrived and I've decided that I do not like my purchase, Can I return it?

Nope - Unfortunately, items sold are non-refundable/returnable. Which is why we encourage potential buyers to ask as many relevant questions as possible regarding the interested item of purchase. (:
