Inventory
In the freezer for meat I have:
11 packages of pork chops (some have 3, some have 4)
8 pounds of bacon
two hams (one for Thanksgiving, one for Christmas)
2 packs of hotdogs
3 pounds of then-fresh sausage
1 pound of Cheddar Dogs
1 pack of small sandwich style steaks (thin, no bone)
2 packs (24 total) of Irish Sausages
There was a beef roast in there, but that's in the fridge now. It'll be in the crockpot tomorrow morning. :0)
It looks like we're going to be eating a lot of pork for the next few days. They just had pork chops last night. I wasn't in the mood for meat, I just ate beef rice-a-roni style stuff.
