i'm back
so michigan was quite fun. good times spent with the relatives and such. my aunt was so in to the spirit of the fourth that it was funny to just make fun of her. it was, all in all, a fantastic time with my family, (that ended just in time for the fantastic time with my family to not go on so long that it became a not quite so fantastic time with my family, if you catch my drift).
speaking of drift, pirates 2 was quite a decent little picture, if i do say so myself. worth the two times i've seen it thus far, but not really worth more in theater trips.
i'm having a good time back in my own city, and a city it is, complete with multiple theaters, homeless people, crazy people, and friends.
i start work in construction on monday, but until then there's a good deal to be done. first off, world cup party in about ten hours, and i'm not entirely sure where people are off to for the viewing. secondly, friends i haven't seen in a bit are available for seeing and see them i shall. the construction job needs work boots for wearing, and unless i find some in the house, they need to be gotten. and there's a debt to be settled by means of some cookies...
well, i'm gonna sign off for now, catch far fewer z's than i need, and then head off to see france vs. italy. may the best men win!
