my mom might have found a viable solution. ill have more information later, but for right now, we are looking into a restaurant called absinthe (three blocks from city hall with really good food). but yea, pricing and logistics will be revealed later. i hope that sounds good to you too. leah thought it sounded good too.

found its website and yeah, hella cool AND hella convenient. parking only once for the night, thats a plus right there. they'd just need to be able to hold us all at the right time and it would be perfection. absolute perfection.

and have fun with your wisdom teeth tomorrow, or today actually, seeing as its 1:30 (i just finished the crepes for kermesse for tomorrow, and i only burned myself once). i forgot to say that yesterday, but hey, maybe with your wisdom teeth out we'll be a more evenly matched pair, you know, in terms of intelligence.

Where'd you get a less-than 50$ tux jacket?

CostumeParty on 1058 Hyde at California, i think. they have a really big selection of used tux jackets and pants along with all their costumes and hats and everything. i believe all their jackets are 45, and while they're used, pretty much all of them are near perfect (i have one button to replace on mine, but they even had a replacement so i just have to sew it on). the one i got is a notch lapel by After Six. in trying on quite a few jackets, i figured out i'm pretty much a perfect 40 long, which made things easy.

Awesome. I'll see if I can't get up there myself.

Dude, I totally got an After Six tux jacket at goodwill as a set with matching pants for $10 (together). After spending $45 to get it altered to fit me, I got a nice tux for less than the price to rent.

Moral: Goodwill kicks arse.
