i hate the holidays
so there are many things i love about the holidays but home depot isn't one of them... i used my handy dandy home depot card to get a few gifts they had online... they came today... they were for my mom and grandma and stepdad... wanna know what they didn't box or wrap them they just put a tag on the box it's self. so not only do i have a crappy looking box to wrap but my mom was the one who got them from the ups man, oh yeah and my grandma was in the room to... so they know what they are getting...
i called to yell and scream and what have you to be put on hold but not the fun hold with crappy music and the voice saying someone will be right with you... oh no it's a DEAD line type of hold.... you think did i call it right... are there people there.... why am i wasting my time.... so after 15 minutes of that hold i emailed them. long and pissy but i emailed them.... so next year i'm going to lowes.
