I remember waiting
So far, I'm liking most of my classes. I LURVE LURVE LURVEEEE my creative writing class. Today, Joyce Sutphen came in and read her poetry. It was absolutely amazing. And the writing exercise was so much fun. I had a good school day...well, most of my classes are quite enjoyable. This semester will be good and I'm happy about it.
Afterwards, I went back to work. Same old same old. And then I decided I would go study at Caribou. Before I get there, my friend texts me to tell me to bring her food. She's working. I bring her a sandwich and she was good. I'm sitting down with a wonderful latte and my textbook out, and then she tells me I better stay because someone else I used to work with is coming in. Well, I was already going to stay, so no big deal. She comes in, and instead of chatting it up for a bit, we end up talking for two hours. About nothing. Okay, TV shows and old Disney movies and the ideal boy (hahah) and more....and then another person comes in that I know. Okay, you know this just sucks because I can't get homework done at all. But it was really nice to just chat with these kids. I hardly see them, and it was catching up time! And I came home to do homework. I have a shitload and I'm really disappointed.
But tomorrow shall be exciting!!! (I don't know why, but it helps to have a positive outlook.)
